What is included?

Membership of LIFEtime Aftersales offers a number of benefits as follows:

You will be given access to FREE updates on your development, a FREE completion check (snag list), FREE airport pick-up, a range of discounts on other items plus the assistance and co-ordination provided by our teams.

Via LIFEtime Aftersales you will have direct access to the wealth of resources across the group and approved suppliers that have been vetted by us. LIFEtime Aftersales can coordinate a host of requests related to managing your purchase, from arranging the complete furnishing of your property to drawing on the expertise of our rentals team.

As well as regular update calls in the weeks and months immediately after your purchase, when the completion date for your property nears you will be allocated a personal account manager from a regional team. They will take the time to understand all your issues and guide you through the completion process. Once your property has completed, you will be able to utilise our Concierge service.

Concierge Service

Our service doesn't end the moment everything is signed and sealed on your property. We continue to help and advise our members on a wide range of services when they use their new homes, making life as easy and as straightforward as possible. Designed to provide 5-star hotel level service in your own home, the Concierge service provides a help-line and we can help with the coordination of any service and organise quotes through our network of reputable local suppliers. Though our coordination is FREE, these items are charged on an individual fee basis.. A list of services is set out below but you can always contact us if you have a query that is not covered and we will endeavour to help.


Air-conditioning / heating installation. Use your property in comfort all year round.

Awaiting Delivery service. As we all know, suppliers often give inconvenient delivery slots and if you don't have the time to wait around we can arrange to take delivery of the items for you.

Burglar alarms/security cameras. For peace of mind whilst away from your property, let us put you in touch with a reputable security company.

Car hire. Should you need help finding a hire car for your holiday/visits we have secured excellent rates for our members.

Car valet. In dusty, dry climates cars get dirty very quickly. We can arrange for it to be cleaned for you.

Check in service. We make sure your property is ready for you before you arrive for your holiday including making the beds and getting basic groceries in.

Check out service. After you depart a full clean will be given. Beds are stripped, linen laundered and rubbish disposed of.

Deep clean. Properties normally need a deep clean to remove paint splashes and dust once the developers finish (included in furniture packages).

Dry cleaning. Should you want your favourite outfit dry-cleaned, we can recommend a quality dry cleaner in your area.

General maintenance. Difficult enough to find good tradesmen back home? Use our recommended electricians, plumbers, carpenters and decorators for minor repairs, larger alterations or emergency call outs.

Gardeners/Landscapers. From weeding to redesign, we can help you find your own gardener who will keep your garden looking
beautiful all year round.

Key cutting. We can arrange for spare sets of keys to be cut .

Language classes. Whether you want a private tutor or general classes we will help you find the teacher that's right for you.

Leisure Booking service. Going out? If you need help booking a taxi, concert tickets, a round of golf, a haircut or a babysitter give us a call.

Locksmith. To ensure you have the only set of keys to your property and developers aren't left with a set unaccounted for, we recommend a lock change. Also should you lose your keys, we will call a locksmith out on your behalf.

Maid service. For regular on-going help around the house we can source domestic help for you.

Mechanic. Your own car broken down and you need assistance? We can find a local mechanic for you.

Pool cleaning. You need to keep your pool clean and attractive, ready for you to jump in and we can supply you with a pool maintenance company in your area.

Schools. If you and your family have decided make your new purchase a permanent move and need advice on schools in your area, we will happy to assist you.

Security bars. If your property does not have security bars fitted as standard and you need extra protection for insurance purposes we have recommended installers.

Soft Furnishings clean. Over time, should you need it, we can arrange for sofas and curtains be cleaned.

Telephone/internet connection. Whether you want a landline or mobile phone we can liaise with the appropriate supplier and arrange installation.

Translation service. You might receive mail that you can't understand. We can help translate any documents into your own language.

Utilities connected. We can arrange for utility services to be connected and advise you contracts with suppliers.

Veterinary. Bringing your family pet with you? We'll even help you sort out a vet should you need one.
